Sealion remix

Back in March Dom played me a very short CDR of Sealion at Favela one Thursday, well a slight re-edit of it, taking out the guitar parts. Lovely. But it was only 3 minutes and it was over before it began. So I said I’d extend it for him.

Anyway, once I got started I wanted a little more here, a little more there and then I got a bit absorbed with chopping the thing up and messing with it.

SO I ended up with this 6 minute monster. Dom loved it and I was happy. We were heading to Gilles’s Brownswood Basement for a special podcast and took it along. Gilles was really into it and as a result of playing it I got inundated with requests for a copy, but we weren’t sure what to do with it.

Then summer came, I got even more busy with Stac, the album, gigs, promoting and DJing besides. To cut a long story short, nothing happened and while I was away with Dom last week DJing in Montenegro, I decided to give the bugger away. So here it is. Download it now!
