It’s a sometimes melancholic, sometimes uplifting piece, with a very English feel. We think its safe to say this album couldnt have been made anywhere else!! Check the pastoral All Roads Lead You Home and folky title track for evidence of this. Elsewhere, the aforementioned Miss Aker adds soul on Warm Sound, Claire Laurent supplies the jazz on Springtime, and Rob Hynd the rasping vocals on The Low Road and Mistaken, while Wah Wah 45s Stac cameos on the quite exquisite I Have Come To You.
